When you book an appointment with us, we protect that time for you. Please allow for 48 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules because this will give us sufficient time to re-book your time with another client. If you are unable to allow for 48 hours' notice and we are unable to book another client in your place, you'll be charged for your appointment. Thank you.
