Established in 1999 and located in Bedminster, NJ, Kirna Consulting provides expert virtual and onsite professional organizing, interior redesign, home staging, custom holiday decorating, productivity, time management and life coaching services to northern and central New Jersey clients. As for industry awards and certifications, we’ve earned a Level 1 Certificate in Chronic Disorganization by the respected Institute for Chronic Disorganization, are certified in Interior Redesign and Home Staging, have been awarded with Golden Circle status with the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals and are Master-Level Certified Life Coaches by the Certified Life Coach Institute, an International Coaching Federation-accredited school. We abide by each organization’s strict code of ethics. We also have extensive education in and experience and success in working with chronically disorganized children and adults with ADHD, OCD, Bi-Polar Disorder, Anxiety, Depression and situational disorganization. We’re also skilled applying the basic principles of feng shui to bring harmony and balance to your home and work space. About Eileen Barrett

Eileen Barrett is President of Kirna Consulting, LLC. In 1999 she applied 20 years of administrative and managerial organizing experience working for top level executives on Wall Street to establish a company to assist executives who were starting to work from home. She redesigned their work spaces, provided time management, project management, technology trouble-shooting and introduced and integrated new technology in order for clients to work more comfortably and efficiently. Word spread fast and besides setting up and organizing home offices, she soon entered the world of residential professional organizing. In 2004, she became certified in Interior Redesign and Home Staging by Interior Arrangements, Inc. and began her independent study of feng shui.  In 2005 she earned Level 1 Certification in Chronic Disorganization by the Institute for Challenging Disorganization. In 2014, she added life and productivity coaching to her roster of services to help her newly-organized clients set and achieve new goals and realize their dreams. In 2021 she became Master-Level Certified in Life Coaching by the Certified Life Coach Institute, an International Coaching Federation-accredited school.  She served as the Golden Circle Liaison for the State of New Jersey for the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals from 2017-2022 to facilitate a high level of professionalism amongst NAPO colleagues.

An accomplished writer, speaker and trainer, Eileen is also skilled in applying basic feng shui principles to residential and work spaces to promote harmony, productivity, abundance and a happier lifestyle. She has been asked to write articles about organizing for maximum efficiency for thenest.com, GE Capital, the International Virtual Assistants Association and many other large organizations. Eileen has been a featured speaker at wellness expos, home improvement expos, major hospitals, libraries, Mom’s clubs, caregiver groups and assisted living residences. Creating order and beauty from chaos is her passion and as a mother and business owner she truly understands the needs of both residential clients and business owners. Eileen’s first home staging assignment was so successful that she was featured in the Real Estate section of the New York Times. Her work has also been showcased by the Daily Record, Family Magazine, Affluent Lifestyles magazine and Great Kitchens and Baths magazine and online by thenest.com. In 2010 she opened her professional organizer training academy, the Professional Organizer Business School for new professional organizers and now provides business coaching for them and has expanded to working with entrepreneurs in all fields.  Kirna Consulting is now a highly respected, full-service company comprised of a team of the most respected and experienced professionals in the industry.
