Can anyone become a Professional Organizer?

Yes, providing you have a passion for creating order from chaos, truly want to help others and have no major physical limitations.

Do you teach me how to organize in this course?

Our students are drawn to our training course because they have an innate gift for space planning and organization and have been organizing themselves, friends and family since they were very young. This course is designed to teach you all the things you need to know and do to set yourself up as a business or position yourself to work as an assistant to senior Professional Organizers and also create passive income streams.   We give you the pros and cons of every aspect of setting yourself up in business so that you can do what’s right for you. 

How long does it take to become a Professional Organizer?

Our one-day course is very comprehensive and you’ll have all the information you need to set up your business very quickly and economically upon course completion.

How much does it cost?

Please contact us for pricing.  Payment is made onsite upon completion of the course by cash or check and you will receive a receipt for tax purposes.

Do you offer the course on weekends?

Yes, we realize that many of our students have employment and childcare demands, so we can offer you a convenient weekend appointment.

Will I get a Certificate of Completion?

Yes, you will get a beautiful certificate that you can display on your website and in your office.

Where does training take place?

In Bedminster, NJ, and the course includes beverages and lunch.

How soon can I start to work?

You will leave your training session with all you need to know to immediately start offering your availability to work in the capacity of Organizer or as an Organizing Assistant to an experienced Organizer.  We also recommend referral networks, where to receive ongoing education and which trade associations to join.   You will also earn a place on Kirna Consulting’s roster of Professional Organizer Assistants.

How many people will be in my training class?

It varies from 1-3 people.  Classes of 2-3 people allow you to make valuable contacts in the event you would like to team up with a fellow “new” Professional Organizer or create a business support network between yourselves.
